Furthermore, the doctors at DITO work as a team to ensure that all aspects of patient experience are managed including physiotherapy, follow-ups and ensuring that recovery is as painless as possible.

• Admissions Procedure
• a. Deciding on treatment in India is not easy and there are many choices and options available with sometimes limited information. At DITO, we have established partnerships with various organizations in the world that you may be affiliated with or where there is a local contact for you. Our aim is to ensure that the best treatment is made available to you at a cost that is affordable and that your are given the best guidance on how to reach us and correspond with us from your destination out of India.
• b. Once you have initiated local contact or through your preferred medical insurance company, DITO will receive a request from you. We will review your history, x-rays, MRIs, as well as other systematic health requirements.
• c. We will then schedule a call with a specialist to review the options, schedule bookings if any particular treatment is required and provide any specific packages if available
• d. Once a booking has been made, we will have a local assistance team in Delhi waiting for your arrival to ensure that you are taken to the hospital, checked in, any visa or foreign entry documents are properly taken care of and that you are checked in comfortably into the hospital with family members if so required.
• e. After the surgery and recovery time in the hospital, any additional requirements such as extending length of stay in India, visiting famous landmarks in Delhi and nearby such as the Taj Mahal can be organized.
• f. On return to your local destination, if we have a local contact there, pick-up and further follow-up will also be organized.
