Patient presented with complaint of pain right knee 5 years , increased since 8 months. An apparently patient give history of pain right knee since 5 years. Pain is dull aching, moderate degree and increases on stair climbing, walking, . Patient is ambulating without support with walking distance of 2-3 miles. On examination of right knee tenderness, effusion ,crepitus present. Medio lateral instability present , varus deformity present , No NVD present. |
